Before joining LBSC, Mike's profession was as a Network Engineer. But now that he is studying recording engineering at Long Beach City College, he thought he would like to put some of that knowledge to practical use.  He designed the sound for LBSC’s The Maltese Falcon, The Wakefield Second Shepherds Play, A Midsummer Night’s Dream, and last summer’s Shakespeare Festival. He recorded and produced The Plot to Overthrow Christmas, a holiday audio play with LBSC actors, directed by Helen Borgers. He also has experience as a performer, having sung in various groups including the Mountainside Master Choral, the Riverside Master Choral, and most recently, Men Alive, the Orange County Gay Men's Chorus since 2005.
