Karen Huckfeldt

Karen is pleased to be making her debut performance with the Long Beach Shakespeare Company in one of her more favorite Greek tragedies.  She moved from Casper, WY to Long Beach in 2002, where she earned her B.A. in theater performance and directing at California State University Long Beach.  When not paying homage to the god, Dionysus, Karen is a struggling actor who moonlights as a massage therapist.  Karen was last seen on stage in her critically acclaimed performance as Mary Warren at the Rude Guerrilla Theater in Santa Ana.  Other favorite roles include Shelby Latcherie in Steel Magnolias, Pamela Prideaux in Getting Away with Murder, and Titania in A Midsummer Night's Dream.  Various film credits include Gnarnian Resistance Fighter in Epic Movie, a shadowy figure in CSI:NY, and a blurry blob in scrubs on Grey's Anatomy.
