Jessie McLean

 

Jessie McLean -- Choreographer

Jessie graduated Summa cum Laude from the College of Santa Fe with a BFA in Acting and a minor in Dance.  She is also a graduate of the Pacific Conservatory of the Performing Arts.  Jessie trained with Mary Overlie, originator of the Six Viewpoints at NYU's Experimental Theatre Wing.  Her movement explorations have led her through several styles, from Suzuki Method to Alexander Technique and Catherine Fitzmaurice's Destructuring/Restructuring.  Dance has been a deep love of Jessie's from an early age and she has trained in tap, jazz, ballet, modern, post-modern, and contact improvisation.  She instructed and choreographed movement and dances at College of Santa Fe, Seventh Street Theatre and Norris Theatre.  To learn more about Jessie's work, please visit www.actorsite.org.
